Our cottage has had recent renovations and is located in West Yarmouth near Nantucket sound and Lewis Bay beaches, Hyannis and Rt 28/Main Street. Minutes from shopping, go carts, miniature golf, ice cream or gelato, bakeries, bike trails and 4 ocean beaches.

Property is a typical Cape Cod mid century cottage with fenced backyard. You will have the entire place for yourself and your family to enjoy!
Accommodates up to 6 guests (3 Bedrooms). Amenities include full kitchen with cooking essentials, outdoor patio with dining area, a gas grill, outdoor furniture with a wood fire pit, gazebo with hot tub / bar lounge and a pergola.

Is our cottage dog friendly? Always. We welcome your well behaved dog during your stay for a small fee.
While we love cats too, we regret that we cannot allow them due to severe allergies of other guests. No other pets allowed.
